Risk Statement

Bitcoin is a value that is not backed or guaranteed by any financial institution; When purchasing bitcoins, the customer assumes all risks that the bitcoins may become worthless. Customers should research and consider the risks before purchasing any bitcoin. The company makes absolutely no guarantees about the future value of purchased bitcoins.

Divisibility

If any court declares any part or portions of this Agreement invalid or void, such declaration will not invalidate the entire Agreement and all other paragraphs of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Customer login errors

It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information entered and recorded on the site. The account details displayed on the order summary web page will be the final transfer destination. In the event that this information is incorrect and funds are transferred to an undesired destination, the company will not reimburse the client and transfer additional funds. Therefore, customers should make sure that the Bitcoin address and bank information they enter are completely correct.

binding contract

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are binding on your heirs, successors, assigns and other representatives. This Agreement shall each be deemed to be original, but both may be concluded in copies constituting the same Agreement.

Expired orders

If the company receives payment for an expired order, it reserves the right to recalculate the Bitcoin - Thai Baht exchange rate when processing the transfer to the customer. This may result in the customer receiving less bitcoins or Thai Baht than the originally ordered amount.

choice of justice

This Agreement, its implementation and interpretation, will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia, regardless of conflict of laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in or near Atlanta, Georgia for any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

Security

We have implemented security measures designed to protect your information from accidental loss and against unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will never access your information, and you agree that you provide your information at your own risk, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
